Our most popular package includes 1 initial consultation fee and 9 follow up sessions where you will be given the tools you need to live a healthier lifestyle.

Each session we will modify meal plans and recipes, continue growth and knowledge through discussion, and ensure weight goals are being met through review of food logs. Weight loss is a process, real results do not happen overnight.
