If you’re looking to leave the program, we’re here to help! You must contact the office at (818) 292-3533 to receive store credit or be transferred to a different program – valid for 12 months only, no refunds.
21 Day & 42 Day Programs

Private Sessions With Karin:
The sessions are not transferable and can be used only for the client who purchased, no refunds or exchanges. The sessions are valid for 12 months only.
Product Returns:
- If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order if the product is unused and in perfect condition. You can return your product for store credit or a different product.
- The return shipping and potential restocking fees will be the purchaser’s responsibility.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
