365 Day Program


The 365 Program is designed for our 21 Day Detox Program, 90 Day Transformation Program, and 42 Day Clean Eating graduates. It is meant for continued weight-loss, and a more in-depth look at the process! Our goal in this program, other than losing weight, is to deepen our knowledge, adopt a reasonable new lifestyle, work towards a true behavior change, and take everything to the next level. We are thrilled to begin this new and refreshing journey with you, and walk you through the process hand in hand! In this program, unlike other programs that you have completed, we are going to have a monthly theme- each month will have a general subject and we will break it down to a new challenge in every week! So keep your energy high, keep your mind in focus, for a new way of living. The program includes: Monthly theme (clean beginning, emotional eating, love yourself month) Weekly challenges (accordingly to the monthly theme) Bi-Weekly recorded video with Karin 2x month – msgs with the support team Power hour – once a week with the team Weekly weigh in New recipes Guest speakers lectures Focus groups Monthly goal settings WhatsApp group for on going support Private facebook group App that will include all the information of the program as well.
